Ariane van Dievoet
Avandi’s founder
Ariane is the designer and creator of AVANDI. Heavily influenced by her Belgian roots, her designs are honest and sophisticated.
Ariane’s passion for traveling and discovering different cultures brought her from Brussels to London where she studied Interior & Spatial Design (Chelsea College of Art & Design) and to North America for her Interior Architecture studies (RISD).
Ariane felt inspired and attracted to New York City’s energy, diversity and hands-on production principles.
Her curiosity and love for experimentation led her to create her first collection, which was showcased at Milan Design Week in 2014. This experience made her stand out as one of the youngest designers to be recognized by the prestigious SaloneSatellite Award when she received 3rd prize for her ‘Steptool’ design.
Ariane was one of our guest speakers. She shared her experience with us. Thank you so much Ariane ! :)
